Who I am and What I do…

I’m Nesha.
I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute and have been practicing for 10 years. I started out at a few of the major franchises, such as Elements, Lavida, Massage Envy, and Hand and Stone to explore the industry before I took the leap to venture out on my own. I’ve diversified my skill set with continuous education, long hours, working on different body structures, and by working in a few Medical and Chiropractic offices. These practices have given me the skills I’ve honed over the years: My relaxing therapeutic blend of bodywork. Although I am more of a therapeutic therapist I am an energy practitioner by nature, and I love to incorporate Reiki and Polarity principles into my work (with your permission).
I have been practicing for some time, but I am a perpetual student. Modalities change and so do body conditions. The best part of my job is watching you go through these great changes.

My style of work is considered more of a “Free Style”. Although I use different modalities and tools, my all-time favorite modality is a form of deep tissue: Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy. I also specialize in massage for headaches*, frozen shoulder symptoms *, and good old fashioned foot rubs.
*Note that everybody’s body and healing process is different.
It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make yourself a priority. It’s necessary
